The same permit drawings as above with additional 3d colour renderings of interior & exterior of the house. More in depth material and colour selection. More in depth cabinetry and fixture selection. Ability to download an app that allows 3d viewing of your house. $3.00 to $3.50 per square foot of the total (all floors) finished living space plus $0.75 for attached garage, covered porch and unfinished basement space. Price varies according to design complexity and primarily the number of changes made during the design process. Any revisions beyond the normal amount of 5-6 will result in an increase in the cost per square foot. If a design changes significantly to the point where the majority of the original design cannot be used in the new design then the project will be invoiced at that point to cover the percentage complete it is. Rough guidelines for percentage complete for preliminary design are as follows: Preliminary floor plans (25%), preliminary elevations (50%), preliminary basement plan (65%). Some changes are normal in the preliminary process, excessive changes, especially after the preliminary design stage will increase the cost (see below). The above price includes 5 sets of prints. Additional sets are available at $25 per set.
