What We Offer

We offer 3 tiers of drawing packages. All 3 follow the same design process but offer different levels of rendering visualization based on your needs.

- Standard 2D preliminary and final permit working drawings (floor plans, foundation plan, roof plan, building section, typical wall section, 4 elevations and perspective view). These meet all requirements for building permits.
- 3D perspective views in black and white line drawings also included
- All drawings from Basic package plus:
- 3D colour renderings of exterior of the house
- More in depth material and colour selection
- More in depth cabinetry and fixture selection
- Ability to download an app that allows 3d viewing of your house
- All drawings & renders from the Standard package plus:
- 3D colour interior renderings
- Virtual fly by and walkthrough
- Sun & shadow mapping for your specific lot
- Material take off list (cost)

Price varies according to design complexity and the number of changes made during the design process. The above price includes 5 sets of prints. Additional sets are available at $25 per set.
